• 20 years of experience in international auditing, corporate finance restructuring and fund raising;

• served as Independent Non-Executive Director of several listed companies in Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Singapore Stock Exchange and Canadian Securities Exchange;

• Certified Public Accountant (HK Branch) and Chartered Company Secretary.
